Memorex announced the availability of the Memorex SingStand microphone
speaker system, an interactive karaoke system that lets you sing along
to music stored on iPod devices or any MP3 device. Taking karaoke to a
new level of reality, the Memorex SingStand features a microphone and
full-size, integrated mic stand, eliminating the traditional CD+G unit
that displays graphics and lyrics.
The Memorex SingStand microphone speaker system is equally perfect for acting out your rock star fantasies when no one is around, and for entertaining a friendly audience at family get-togethers. If you feel like sharing the spotlight, the Memorex SingStand comes equipped with dual microphone inputs for duet performances. Connecting to other musical instruments is also easy -- simply plug them into the input jacks for a truly can't-miss rock band performance.
Any up-and-coming artist will impress friends and family with the SingStand's echo effects, while the full-range speakers built into the base provide quality sound. SingStand has an integrated microphone stand, two 4-inch speakers and comes with one microphone. The Auto Voice Control feature serves to eliminate original song vocals. It plays all iPod and MP3 devices with 3.5 mm connection.
Pricing and Availability
The Memorex SingStand microphone speaker system has a suggested retail price (SRP) of $69.99 and will be available at Walmart stores across the nation beginning in November.
